How to Do an SEO Competitive Analysis, and What the PDF Is For

You came looking for a template. Something with boxes in it.

The method behind those boxes is settled. Find the businesses that actually rank against you. Pull the keywords they hold and you do not. Read their pages. Look at who links to them. Compare the technical basics. All of it is written down properly elsewhere on this site.

    What Is PPC Concrete?

PPC concrete is concrete batched with Portland Pozzolana Cement. Clinker ground up with gypsum, the way any Portland cement is made. Then a pozzolana goes into the same grind. Fly ash usually. Calcined clay sometimes, or a natural volcanic ash where the ground provides one.

That is the definition. Two lines of it.

How to Prepare an SEO Checklist Template

Preparing an SEO checklist template sounds like a research job. It is not. The items are already written down, in public, for nothing. Title tag. Meta description. One H1. Images carrying alt text. Internal links pointing somewhere useful. A page a crawler can reach. Nearly every guide carries that list. Ours too. Go and take it.

So this page is not about the items. It is about which of them belong on your list. Almost nobody asks that.

How to Rank for Near Me Keywords

We see this pattern constantly. A local business has a solid website, maybe even some Google Ads running. When someone nearby types “plumber near me,” they do not appear. The calls go to a competitor two streets over, sometimes one with a less polished website.

Ranking for near me keywords is not about optimising for that phrase. Location detection is automatic. What determines who shows up is a completely different set of signals. Most of those signals live off the page, not on it.

What Is Screaming Frog SEO Spider?

Screaming Frog is a company in England. The SEO Spider is the program they make. You install it on your own computer. Point it at a website. It then works through the pages it can reach.

That is the definition. The button-by-button walkthrough already exists elsewhere on this site. So this page will not repeat it. What gets explained far less often is the strange thing about the SEO Spider. Almost everything else in your toolbar hands you a report. The spider goes and looks.

Is ChatGPT Bad for SEO? The Real Answer

No, not inherently. A first rough draft from ChatGPT doesn’t get a page penalized on its own, ever. The real risk sits somewhere else entirely, quietly.

Thin, generic, unedited AI content. That hurts rankings, every single time. Human-written or machine-written, it genuinely doesn’t matter which.

How to Drive SEO for CBD Companies

Export your keyword list. Sort it by search volume. Then read the top twenty rows and mark every query you are actually permitted to answer in writing.

Most CBD keyword lists turn out to be a symptom list wearing a product name. Sleep trouble. Anxiety. Joint pain. That is where the volume sits. Count what survives the marking pass.

What Is the Best Enterprise SEO Consultant for Large Companies?

There is no single best enterprise SEO consultant for every large company. Only the right fit exists, matched to your site’s size and your team’s bandwidth. Speed matters too, how fast decisions actually get made once a strategy lands on someone’s desk. The right partner for one company is the wrong partner for another. Best fit beats best reputation every time at this scale. Large companies rarely make this decision quickly. That is the right instinct. SEO Company To-The-TOP! hears a version of this question often from Alberta and BC companies outgrowing a generalist retainer. The real answer shifts with page count. It shifts again with how many departments need to sign off before a title tag changes.

Rankings roundups rarely admit that part. Most read like a sponsored top ten. A director comparing five agency pitches ends up more confused than before the search started.

How to Find Subreddits for SEO Strategy

Finding subreddits takes eight seconds. Type a word into Reddit’s search bar. Communities come back.

Finding the useful ones is a different job. Most people get handed the wrong set on the first attempt. The search did not fail, though. It answered exactly what somebody asked it.

Does My SEO Company Own My Leads?

No. A legitimate SEO company doesn’t own the leads a client’s website or Google Business Profile generates. That’s the short answer.

The longer answer matters more, though. Ownership isn’t usually the risk. Reach is. A client can technically own every lead that comes through the door. That client can still lose the ability to see or reach that lead once a contract ends. Routing it anywhere useful disappears right along with it. Ownership and reach aren’t the same thing. That gap is where businesses actually get burned.
